ADD.: SPANISH TOWN, ST. CATHERINE, JAMAICA, D.O.B.: SEPTEMBER 16, 1994, is hereby SUSPENDED FROM RACE RIDING FOR TEN (10) CALENDAR DAYS AND FINED THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00). JOCKEY, KODI MWANDO DOTTIN-DOWNES, PERM. ADD.:  MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO, CANADA, D.O.B.
