OWNER/TRAINER, AUTHORIZED AGENT, EXERCISE PERSON, PONY PERSON, GONZALO ANDRES ANDERSON, PERM. ADD. LEDUC, ALBERTA, CANADA, D.O.B. MARCH 9, 1988, is hereby FINED THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) for his conduct during training hours on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, whereas Mr. Anderson had words with another racing participant disturbing the peace at a racetrack.
Mr. Anderson will also be required to complete the Respect in the Workplace online program to be completed in fourteen (14) days, Saturday, May 24, 2025.
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule287(1)(xxvii) and (xxx).
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297(1) fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
