TRAINER, AUTHORIZED AGENT, PONY PERSON, THOMAS TIMOTHY RYCROFT, PERM. ADD.: WINFIELD, ALBERTA, CANADA, D.O.B. MAY 30, 1963, is hereby FINED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) for his conduct during training hours on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, whereas Mr. Rycroft had words with another racing participant disturbing the peace at a racetrack.
Mr. Rycroft will also be required to complete the Respect in the Workplace online program to be completed in fourteen (14) days, Saturday, May 24, 2025.
