OWNER/TRAINER, RICHARD WILLIAM HEDGE, PERM. ADD.: LEDUC, ALBERTA, CANADA, D.O.B. MAY 11, 1948, is hereby FINED THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) for his conduct towards another licensee during training hours on Friday, May 30, 2025, whereas Mr. Hedge was disrespectful towards the Assistant Outrider and disturbing the peace at the racetrack.
Mr Hedge will also be required to complete the “RESPECT IN THE WORKPLACE” online program within fourteen (14) days on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 286(a), 287(1)(iii) and (xxx), 296(1)(a)(2)(a).
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297(1) fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
