In the opinion of the Board of Judges, DRIVER, BLAKE FRANCIS PIWNIUK, PERM. ADD.: MACNUTT, SASKATCHEWAN, CANADA, D.O.B. SEPTEMBER 7, 1990, did violate HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 458s(1)(i); A driver shall not commit any of the following acts which are considered violations of driving rules: take up or slow up in front of other horses and then subsequently come on when challenged; while driving #1 “JOE RICH” in Race 3, Sunday, March 22, 2026.
PENALTY: BLAKE PIWNIUK is hereby FINED THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297(1) fine to be paid within ten (10) days. (Failure to pay the fine by April 8,2026 will result in license suspension.)
