Mr. McConaghie’s conditional licence is hereby REVOKED AND IS FULLY SUSPENDED AND DENIED THE PRIVILEGES OF THE GROUNDS (INCLUDING GRANDSTAND) AT ALL ALBERTA RACE TRACKS.
