Rule 153t currently allows the entry of unregistered Canadian bred Thoroughbreds. This change would require Canadian foaled thoroughbred horses to be properly registered in order to be eligible to race.

All "A" Track Trainers should have to write the Trainers exam to be licensed.
A change of rule of rule 436 s part (e) that sulkies must be approved by judges. We would like the rule to state that only sulkies approved by the United States Trotting Association are allowed to be used.
Horses that exhibit minor EIPH are currently placed on the Bleeders list for 14 days for the first occurrence. If minor bleeding occurs it can potentially limit that amount of starts completed by horses. We are currently faced with horse population issues that can be compounded by this rule.
A revision to Rule 130(1) - EIPH eligibility requirements.
Clarity of the eligibility requirements has been posted as a Notice to Industry
since April 4, 2022, and should be included in Rule 130(1).
