OWNER, TRAINER, MELVIN ROY SNOW, PERM. ADD.: ALDERGROVE, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA, D.O.B. OCTOBER 1, 1940, is hereby FINED THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) for racing an ineligible horse by not having all Owners licensed for the 2026 race season prior to racing the horse #5 “MISS LARUE”, the second place finisher in Race 1, Friday, May 15, 2026.
The horse “MISS LARUE” is hereby DISQUALIFIED and declared UNPLACED with all monies earned by the horse “MISS LARUE” to be returned to Century Mile Racetrack and Casino Horsemen’s Bookkeeper by Saturday, June 15, 2026.
Redistribution of purse money:
- 2nd: #3 - “BENZENE”
- 3rd: #1 - “SUNDAY RAIN”
- 4th: #4 - “HANG TIGHT HONEY”
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rules 9.1(1)(g), 140, 147(3)(a); 153(1)(e), 286(1)(a), 287(1)(vii), 295 and 296(1)(a)(2)(a)(f)(g).
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297(1) fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
(If a fine remains unpaid after ten (10) days from its imposition, any licence held by the participant shall be suspended until the fine is paid in full, unless the Board of Stewards otherwise directs.)
