MARCH 27, 1991, is hereby FINED THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00) for allowing his mount #2 “OOPS” to come out during the run, coming out of the last turn and into the stretch interfering with #5 “ADVENTUROUS” on his outside thereby causing #2 “OOPS” to be DISQUALIFIED from 4th and placed 5th in Race 3, Saturday, July 11, 2026.
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rules 240, 270(a), 271, 276(1)(2) and 296(1)(a)(2)(a).
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297 fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
(If a fine remains unpaid after ten (10) days from its imposition, any licence held by the participant shall be suspended until the fine is paid in full, unless the Board of Stewards otherwise directs.)
