FEBRUARY 19, 1969, is hereby FINED THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00) for failing to have the proper control of his mount #1 “DRAW THE FOUL” coming out of the last turn and into the stretch (drifting out) causing interference to the winner #5 “CHRISTINE’S JACK” in Race 6, Saturday, June 13, 2026.
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rules 240, 270(a), 271(4), 276(2)(c) and 296(1)(a)(2)(a).
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297 fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
(If a fine remains unpaid after ten (10) days from its imposition, any licence held by the participant shall be suspended until the fine is paid in full, unless the Board of Stewards otherwise directs.)
