APRIL 27, 1974, is hereby FINED THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) for entering the horse “RAISE MONEY” in Race 6, Saturday, July 12, 2025, without having two (2) qualifying workouts within a period of thirty (30) days therefore necessitating a late Stewards scratch.
