6 Jockey’s objection #4 Pursue (Antonio Reyes) claimed foul on the #6 Sparklet (Brian Boodramsingh) in the stretch run.  After reviewing films and talking to both jockeys, it was determined that #6 did come in, interfering with the #4, therefore #6 finished third and placed sixth.  Official order of finish   9-5-2-8-4. No video available.

  • Race 2 – Jockey Antonio Reyes was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards regarding misuse of the riding crop. After reviewing films and talking to Mr. Reyes, he was given a warning. 
  • Race 2 – Jockey Amadeo Perez was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards regarding misuse of the riding crop.  After reviewing films and talking to Mr. Perez, he was given a one day suspension Friday, September 11, 2026. (Fourth offense). 
  • Race 5 – Jockey Richard Balgobin was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards regarding misuse of the riding crop. After talking to Mr. Balgobin, he was issued a $200.00 fine (Second offense). 
  • Race 6 – Jockey Brian Boodramsingh was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards regarding the disqualification. After reviewing films and talking to Mr. Boodramsingh, he was given a one day suspension Friday, September 11, 2026. 
  • Race 7– Jockey Keimar Chase was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards to review films. After reviewing films and talking to Mr. Chase, he was issued a $100.00 fine for failure to maintain a straight course leaving the gate. 
  • Race 7 – Jockey Anastasio Chalaris was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards regarding misuse of the riding crop.  After reviewing films and talking to Mr. Charlaris, he was given a $120.00 fine (First offense).
