2 Trainers objection #2 Hank Ollie (Ridge Balgobin) on the #4 King Elvis (Dane Nelson) going into the last turn.  After reviewing the films, it was determined that the #4 did come in slightly but not enough to bother the #2.

Backstretch- accidents, fines, suspensions, objections, disqualifications, refunds, pertinent incidents, general details

  • Race 1 – Jockey Omar Hernandez was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards regarding misuse of the riding crop.  After reviewing films and talking to Mr. Hernandez, he was given a one day suspension, Friday September 11,2026 and a $195.00 fine. (Fifth offense).  
  • Race 7 – Jockey Brian Boodramsingh was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards regarding misuse of the riding crop. After reviewing films and talking to Mr. Boodramsingh, he was given a one day suspension.  (Fifth offense).
