Horse Racing Alberta pleased to announce that Theresa Sealy is the successful candidate for the position of Assistant Director, Regulatory & Supervisor of Security and Investigations, effective November 16, 2022.

Anyone who knows Theresa will tell you she is a consummate professional and strict rule follower that takes the integrity and transparency in the sport of horse racing very seriously.

In her new role with HRA, Theresa will be responsible for the training, supervision and staffing of all HRA Security Investigator positions. She will support the continuing development of a Regulatory Modernization strategy and assist the Director, Regulatory & Supervisor of Racing in enforcing the Rules Governing Racing in Alberta.
