ADD.: OLDS, ALBERTA, CANADA, D.O.B.: FEBRUARY 3, 1991, is hereby FINED THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00) AND DENIED THE GROUNDS, INCLUDING THE GRANDSTAND, OF ALL ALBERTA RACETRACKS FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS. Having served one (1) day of his suspension, Mr. Botello is hereby SUSPENDED TWENTY-NINE (29) CALENDAR DAYS FROM THURSDAY, AUGUST 13, 2026 TO THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2026 (INCLUSIVE). A negative test must be provided at the offender’s expense before re-instatement.

Jacques Lambert will have CONDITIONS placed on his licence effective immediately until August 15, 2027.
