The decision to move to an online application process is driven by several factors, primarily to enhance convenience for everyone. The online system is faster, eliminates the risk of lost mail, and introduces the added convenience of credit or debit card payments.
Creating an account is simple. Click on “Register” to begin. You will first create a username and password, then complete your permanent profile.
No. Your account is linked to your personal profile and is intended for your exclusive use. Profiles are permanent, and once created, only need to be updated as necessary for subsequent applications.
If you need to reset your password, click on the “Forgot your password?” link.

Currently, changing your username is not an option. Please choose carefully when creating your username. Rest assured, it remains private and is visible only to you.
To improve efficiency, we have separated the profile and application processes. The profile needs to be filled out only once and should be updated as needed. The application portion will be completed each time a new licence is required. For example, if you move, simply update your address in your profile.
Currently, navigation is available only through the “Next” and “Previous” buttons. We are actively working to enhance the navigation experience in future updates.
You'll be prompted to take a photo as you complete your application. If you're using a device with a camera, simply follow the on-screen instructions. If you don't have a camera, you can upload a photo (filename: captured_image.png) or email it to the Licensing Clerk, who will be happy to assist you.
If using a public computer, please remember to sign out when you're finished. On a personal device, your privacy settings are managed through your device's standard settings.
