Trainer’s Objection and Jockey Objection #6 STAY OUTA MY WAY (Shamaree Muir) on #4 FORGOTTEN MAN (Larris Allen) about an alleged interference in the stretch drive for home. There was also a Steward’s Inquiry into the stretch drive to home. After reviewing the films the Board of Stewards disqualified #4 FORGOTTEN MAN from 1st to 3rd. A new order of finish was declared. #5 NO MORE DISCO 2ND to 1st, #6 STAYOUTA MY WAY 3rd to 2nd and #4 FORGOTTEN MAN 1ST to 3rd, and #3 PRIVATE TRAX 4th. |

Backstretch - accidents, fines, suspensions, objections, disqualifications, refunds, pertinent incidents, general details
- The horses in the 5th race had their tack adjusted while being detained in the paddock, a meeting was held in the saddling area to decide if the horseman would race the next 2 races at a distance of 6 furlongs. It was agreed to change the distances, and any horse that wanted to scratch could without penalty. Before the running of Race #6 there was a delay because of the Starting Gate Truck. In Race #6 all monies bet on #1 SILVER TIP was a complete refund.
