In the opinion of the Board of Judges, OWNER/TRAINER/DRIVER, AUTHORIZED AGENT, JOHN BRANDON SCOTT CAMPBELL, PERM. ADD.: CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA, D.O.B. JULY 5, 1983, did violate HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 458(1)(g); A driver shall not commit any of the following acts which are considered violations of driving rules: fail to set or maintain a pace comparable to a pace that the caliber of horses in the race are capable of, resulting in an excessively slow quarter or any other distance, considering track conditions, weather and circumstances confronted in the race; while driving “MCMIRACLE” in Race 3, Friday, August 7, 2026.
PENALTY: BRANDON CAMPBELL is hereby FINED THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) and SUSPENDED ONE RACE DAY (DRIVING ONLY), FRIDAY,AUGUST 14, 2026.
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297(1) fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
(Failure to pay the fine by August 21, 2026 will result in licence suspension.)
