JUNE 27, 1992, is hereby SUSPENDED FROM RIDING FOR TWO (2) RACE DAYS, FRIDAY, MAY 16, 2025, AND SATURDAY, MAY 17, 2025, for allowing his mount, #7 “PUMP THE BRAKES” to come down during the runway from the gate without being properly clear, interfering with horses on his inside, causing #3 “FRIDAYNIGHTSOLDIER” (Alexander Marti) to clip heels and unseat the rider. Therefore, #7 “PUMP THE BRAKES” was DISQUALIFIED from sixth place and declared unplaced.
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 240, 270(a), 271(4), 276(1)(a)(b)(2)(b)(c), and 296(1)(a)(2)(b).
