The Rules Governing Horse Racing in Alberta are AMENDED as follows:
Chapter 3: General Horse Racing Rules, Part 6 Standardbred Racing, Division 7 Driving Rules
The following Rule 464 sis AMENDED to read:
Rule 464 s Unfit or incompetent drivers
The Judges may remove a driver at any time if, in their opinion, his/her driving would not be in the best interest of harness racing.
Rule 464 s Unfit or incompetent drivers previously stated:
If, in the opinion of the judges board, a driver is for any reason unfit or incompetent to drive, or refuses to comply with the directions of the judges board, or is reckless in conduct or may endanger the safety of horses or other drivers in the race, the judges board may at any time, order, or if necessary cause that driver to be removed and another driver substituted.
