Mr. Arthur is also ordered to complete the RESPECT IN THE WORKPLACE on-line course within ten (10) days.
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 286(1)(a), 295, and 296(1)(a)(2)(a).
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297(1) fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
