In the opinion of the Board of Judges, DRIVER, FARRIER/PLATER, TYLER RYAN REDWOOD, PERM. ADD.: OLDS, ALBERTA, CANADA, D.O.B. NOVEMBER 20, 1983, did violate HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 456s (xiv); A monetary penalty and/or a suspension may be applied by the starter or by the Judges for any of the following violations contained in subsections (i)-(vii). In addition, the Judges may place the offending horse for a violation of subsections (iii), (iv) or (vi) of this rule: strikes or hooks wheels with another sulky; while driving #5 MAJESTIC PRINCE” for striking the sulky causing interference to #7 OUTLAWPERFECTIMING before the ¾ pole in Race 2, Friday, June 26, 2026.
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 276(2)(a) “MAJESTIC PRINCE” finished 3rd placed 8th.
PENALTY: TYLER REDWOOD is hereby SUSPENDED TWO (2) RACE DAYS (DRIVING ONLY) JULY 8 AND JULY 10, 2026.
