In the opinion of the Board of Judges, GROOM, RONALD LINDSAY LANCASTER, SURREY, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA, D.O.B. NOVEMBER 26, 1956, did violate HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 344; No person may smoke on the property of a licensed operator except in designated areas; by smoking in an undesignated area on Saturday, May 23, 2026. (Second offence.)
PENALTY: RONALD LANCASTER is hereby FINED THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00).
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297(1) fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
(Failure to pay the fine by June 9, 2026 will result in licence suspension.)
