In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rules 240, 270(a), 271, 276(1)(2)(a)(c)(4) and 296(1)(a)(2)(a)(b).
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297 fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
