OWNER/TRAINER, AUTHORIZED AGENT, PONY PERSON, KRISTA ASHLEY SHEARER, PERM. ADD.: WRENTHAM, ALBERTA, CANADA, D.O.B. SEPTEMBER 23, 1990, is hereby FINED THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00) for her involvement with having unlicensed help on the racetrack backstretch who were engaged in a confrontation with another Owner/Trainer (unprofessional conduct) following the running of Race 6, Saturday, May 16, 2026.
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rules 8(2)(a), 9.1(g), 33(1)(e)(f)(g), 34, 62(a)(b), 139, 286, 287(1)(xxviii)(xxx), 295 and 296(1)(a)(d)(2)(a).
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297(1) fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
(If the fine remains unpaid after ten (10) days from its imposition, any licence held by the racing participant may be suspended until the fine is paid in full unless the judges/stewards board otherwise directs.)
