In the opinion of the Board of Judges, OWNER/TRAINER, AUTHORIZED AGENT, BRINSLEY MARIE BROOKING-LUTZ, PERM. ADD.: CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA, D.O.B. OCTOBER 24, 1990, did violate HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rules 286(a), 404s(a); A person violates these rules who, in the opinion of the judges/stewards board, conducts themselves in a manner prejudicial to the best interest of horse racing; by selling the horses “KELLYS CHASE” and “KISS MY BET” after they were programmed to race, thereby causing unnecessary scratches in Race 4 on Saturday, March 14, and Sunday, March 15, 2026.
PENALTY: BRINSLEY BROOKING-LUTZ is hereby FINED TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00).
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297(1) fine to be paid within ten (10) days. (Failure to pay the fine by March 28,2026 will result in license suspension.)
