JOHN TORE MARCO VUKELICH, PERM. ADD.: ACME, ALBERTA, CANADA, D.O.B.: JUNE 19, 1965, did violate HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 429(d); At Standardbred horse race meetings a driver must participate in, and be on time for a post parade, unless the judges board otherwise permits; by being late for post parade for Race 7, Friday, May 8, 2026.
PENALTY: JOHN VUKELICH is hereby FINED THE SUM OF FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297(1) fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
(Failure to pay the fine by May 19, 2026 will result in licence suspension.)
