In the opinion of the Board of Judges, DRIVER, BLAKE FRANCIS PIWNIUK, PERM. ADD.: MACNUTT, SASKATCHEWAN, CANADA, D.O.B. SEPTEMBER 7, 1990, did violate HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 458s (1)(d); A driver shall not commit any of the following acts which are considered violations of driving rules: take up or slow up in front of other horses so as to cause confusion or interference among the trailing horses; while driving “JOE RICH” in Race 10, Saturday, April 18, 2026.
PENALTY: BLAKE PIWNIUK is hereby SUSPENDED TWO RACE DAYS (DRIVING ONLY) MAY 1 AND MAY 2, 2026.
