We are pleased to bring you seven 'Made in Alberta' vendors at the 2014 Alberta Breeders' Fall Classic Marketplace! Vintage Illusions - Designs by Marilyn Wesley is a returning vendor and Can Praxis, Country Creations by Heather, Nerve Line Book Launch by Nancy Mackenzie, Parkland Potters Guild, Savvy Systems and the Tiny Treats Soap Co. will also be there to display their exciting products

Can Praxis

While the Canadian Forces uses team building, communications training and leadership development to prepare soldiers for war, Can Praxis uses horses to help soldiers recover from it and regain their family relationships. Can Praxis uses walk-along exercises with horses as a training aid. Horses react to what they see; it is their body language that speaks volumes about humans in their proximity. As EAL facilitators, we offer a translation the horses’ behavior to participants in order to increase their own self-awareness.
