Rules can and should evolve for horses and participants in the sport of racing. The rule change process makes it easy for all stakeholders to petition, review and implement rule changes.
In the video, Dawn shows you how easy the process is and discusses some of the procedures that occur after submission.
If you have an idea for a rule change that will enhance our sport, please submit it before November 21, 2022.
