As a Board Member of HRA your responsibilities will include, participating in establishing policies, developing strategies and effective implementation of plans, decision making in respect to licenses and regulations, providing leadership on all matters relating to the HRA mandate and overall activities.
A solid understanding of business, governance and the ability to evaluate complex information and make difficult decisions is expected. This experience is supplemented with a proven ability to work effectively with other Board Members and diverse stakeholders.
Your schedule must be flexible in order to accommodate a minimum of five scheduled meetings in the year and assigned committee work. As a Board member you will receive a per diem honorarium and paid expenses.
