NOTE: This is the first step of the process. This process will identify Operators that are interested in, and have the capacity to, enter into a contract to provide this service.
An Evaluation Committee will be established to rate each submission and to determine which Operator will best meet the criteria outlined above. The Committee will recommend which of the applicants should be invited to proceed to a Request for Proposal stage.
This EOI is not intended to and does not constitute a legally binding obligation on the parties. Until a formal agreement is finalized and executed, the obligations of the parties under this EOI are limited to those set out herein and in the accompanying Application Form.
It is intended that this complete exercise will be concluded no later than October 15th, 2014.
