Wearing your country’s colours in an international sporting event is a proud moment for any athlete and our National Driving Champion, Brandon Campbell is eagerly anticipating that moment when he shows off his Canadian driving colours in the first race of the first leg of the World Driving Championship scheduled for August 12 at Century Downs Racetrack and Casino near Calgary, Alberta.

Campbell earned the opportunity to represent Canada in the WDC by way of winning the 2016 National Driving Championship, presented by Standardbred Canada at The Raceway at the Western Fair District in London, Ontario last October.

The Calgary-based horseman would like to involve racing fans and the members of Standardbred Canada in the selection of his Canadian colours, so here’s your chance to vote for the design you would like to see Brandon wear in the 2017 World Driving Championship.

Standardbred Canada has come up with four different designs that have been given the thumbs up by Campbell.

Standandardbred Canada has applied to Heritage Canada for permission to put the Canada 150 logo on one of Brandon’s shirt sleeves, and the logo for the 250th anniversary of Canadian Horse Racing will also be applied to his driving suits.

The four designs are presented below. For a closer look, check them out in this photo gallery.
